Each notarization follows a structured, compliance-focused process designed to ensure that documents are executed properly and in accordance with Texas law.
Professional standards include:
• Verification of signer identity using valid government-issued identification
• Confirmation that the signer personally appears before the notary at the time of notarization
• Confirmation that the signer appears willing and aware of the document being signed
